Electronics & Specialty Materials
MPI information media and electronics products have provided pivotal support for the shift to higher function, smaller size, greater capacity and other evolution by information electronics products.
Mobilizing our high technological materials design and processing technologies, MPI develops new products positioned to mount prompt and precision responses to today's rapidly shifting market needs, making a strong contribution to the ongoing progress in today's information society.
Plastic and metal composite sheet
"ALSET" is composite material in which metal and plastic film are firmly laminated with a special surface treated layer.
It is suitable for deep-draw and DI molding processes that have been impossible in the past.
This material is utilized in aluminum electrolysis condenser cases, liquid crystal backlight reflector boards and frames, disk drive components, mobile phone parts and other applications.

PEEK thermoplastic resin film
"IBUKI" is a super engineering plastic film that greatly shortens the manufacturing process for multi-layer circuit boards.
Used for the base material is polyetheretherketon (PEEK), a recyclable thermoplastic resin film.
In the multi-layer circuit board production process, meanwhile, this enables individual board layers to be independently generated with patterns, and then simply stacked and heat pressed to easily form integrated or buildup multi-layer boards.
This is a major step in shortening the manufacturing process and cutting the costs involved.
